By placing an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are final. No VAT is charged according to the Austrian small business regulation (§6 para 1 Z 27 UStG).

Payment is due upon order and can be made via the available payment methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the EU and selected international countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays due to customs or other external factors are not our responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

6. Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product was defective.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Liability

We are not liable for minor negligence or damages resulting from misuse of our products.

Liability for personal injury or under product liability law remains unaffected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Vienna, unless required by consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
