Shipping

We currently ship to most European countries. Orders are processed and dispatched from our distribution center in Vienna, Austria.

Shipping takes around 4-8 business days.

Shipping to most European countries is €4.90, free shipping from €150. For orders shipped to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, please note: Customs duties, VAT or other import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the checkout price.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal 
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (via email) at:

While you are not required to give a reason for your return, we would appreciate it if you shared one — it helps us improve our products and customer experience.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs within 14 days from the day we receive your return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. 

3. Return of Goods
You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving the items.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any loss in value if the goods were handled in a way that is not necessary to test their nature, characteristics, or function.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
